Whelks
Whelk fishing has developed on the Norman coasts over the last twenty years.
Our partnership with the whelk fishermen from the west coast of the Cotentin is our strength to propose extremely fresh products.
The whelk fishermen unload their catch the same day, we wash the whelks to remove all the parasites, then calibrate them to remove those less than the statutory size of 4.5 cm.
The product is cooked in seawater, an aromatic preparation of vegetables and spices is added to restore the traditional taste.
